My fees are $150 per 50-minute session. I do reserve a few reduced-rate spots for people with financial difficulties through Open Path Collective. Please reach out to me for more information about these options.

I do not accept insurance, which means I am considered an "out of network" provider with most insurances.
Some insurances allow you to see out of network providers and may reimburse you for some or all of the cost of services. Please contact your insurance provider to determine what your "out of network benefits" are. Following sessions, I can provide you with what is called a "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (depending on your out of network benefits). You will still be responsible for fees at the time of service.

It really depends on what you are coming to therapy for and what your goals are. Sometimes I work with clients for a short time (6-8 sessions), and others I might work with for longer (20+ sessions). Ultimately, the number of sessions will depend on your goals and progress towards them.

I use a HIPAA-compliant online system. Prior to our session, you will receive a link. When you are ready to join the session, simply click on the link you received.

During our free 15-minute initial consultation I'll ask you about your current concerns and your goals for therapy. I will answer any questions you may have. This is a chance to make sure we feel like a good fit in working together. Reach out today to set up a consultation!
Following that consultation, we will schedule an intake session. During this session we will overview informed consent, policies, and confidentiality. We will also go over your completed intake paperwork so that I can get to further know you, your needs, and your goals.
